Before Your Treatment
MAXIMIZE YOUR RESULTS!
(Ultra Cavitation - Lipo Laser)
- Drink water! Eliminate drinking all non-water base beverages. The more water you drink, the more fat cells you will flush from your body.
- Avoid alcohol 24 hours post treatment, alcohol will cause dehydration adding to your liver’s workload.
- No food for four hours. Sounds tougher than it is. Do not eat one hour prior to your session, then don’t eat for three hours after your treatment. This helps to shrink your fat cells.
- Do some sort of activity (walking, biking, swimming, etc). Try to burn 500 calories, especially the day of your treatment. For better results, try to do this every day during the time you are doing treatments.
